Sara graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester in March 2007. Prior to this she worked in Information Technology for 20 years. She specializes in relaxation, deep tissue and sports massage. She also offers Hot Stone and spa treatments. Sara's analytical skills blended with her natural intuition allow her to give effective yet relaxing therapeutic treatments to her clients.

Jessica graduated from the Spa Tech Institute in Westborough in 2010 from their theraputic massage program. She has also received specialized training in elder massage through The Day Break Institute. She is a reiki practitioner and enjoys combining all of her skills to help her clients feel good and maintain and improve their health and wellness. Each session is designed to meet the client's needs with the work being focused and aligned on your well-being at all times in the session.

Kristen graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. During her time at Bancroft she studied many different techniques and modalities. Modalities included were carpal tunnel syndrome, golfer and tennis elbow, runners knee, hamstring and quadricep injuries. Techniques included were swedish, deep tissue, Asian massage, Myofascial release and spa treatments. She also studied pregnancy massage under the instruction of Elanie Stillman of MotherMassage. She is licensed by the state of Massachusetts and is certified in CPR and first aid and a certified preschool teacher.

Jennifer is a 2003 central mass school of massage graduate. She offers therapeutic, deep tissue, swedish, hot stone and prenatal. She is also a certified reflexologist and a level 1 craniosacral therapist. "Every session is a unique experience for me and my client. Pressure, flow and rhythm can all be altered depending on the client needs. My sessions are for stress reductions, to help relieve aches and pains and to increase your overall well being."

Melissa received a Master of Occupational Therapy from Worcester State College in 2001 and is currently practicing in the Metro West Hospital system specializing in adults and the elderly. To support her philosophy that one must treat the whole person, she continued her education at Spa Tech Institute of Westborough and received her certificate of Holistic Massage. In addition she is an Associate Polarity Practitioner and have an interest in CranioSacral Therapy. She believes her medical background enables her to help clients understand how alternative modalities blend with the practice of Western Medicine.
